We’re looking for a vibrant, grounded, and emotionally intelligent individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Floor Facilitator — someone who’s passionate about wellness, loves helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced yet calm environment.

You’re someone with a warm, light personality who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and has a natural sense of service. You think outside the box, are curious, and are always ready to learn. You bring positive energy, vitality, and clear communication to everything you do. Ideally, you’re tech-savvy, comfortable with systems, and have a background or interest in marketing.

At Transcend, we’re redefining what recovery and wellness feel like. With state-of-the-art modalities such as cold water immersion, infrared saunas, red light therapy, floatation, and more — we provide a space where people can reset, recharge, and reconnect.

🧘‍♀️ What You’ll Do:

- Greet and guide clients with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Manage bookings, calls, and emails using our software systems
- Keep our front-of-house area clear, calm, and welcoming
- Provide floor support and ensure clients are confident using our services
- Collaborate with the team on daily operations and client experience
- Assist with light marketing tasks and help keep our digital presence aligned

- Energetic, mentally grounded, and emotionally mature
- Naturally positive and great with people, a team player and a self-starter
- Passionate about wellness, sports & fitness, recovery, and modalities like cold plunging and saunas
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, you see what needs doing before being asked
- Comfortable using technology, booking platforms, and open to learning new systems
- Marketing and/or social media experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, with at least good conversational Spanish and a willingness to learn more
- Available on weekends
- Open to growth — this part-time role could evolve into full-time for the right person
