The Role
This is a people-focused role for someone who is passionate about wellness, recovery, and human connection. You’ll be part of a caring team, supporting members and guests in a calm, welcoming environment.

This role is best suited to someone looking for stability and long-term growth. It is not a temporary or transitional position.

You’ll work closely with people every day, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and supported. You’ll also be confident working independently, taking responsibility for the space and the experience when needed.
