Led by mobility coach Jago, this session combines intelligent joint work, breath regulation, and controlled cold exposure to help you build resilience from the inside out.

The Structure:

10 min — Introduction and movement preparation

40 min — Targeted mobility and joint stability work

15 min — Guided breathwork for nervous system regulation

15 min — Cold plunge integration using breath control

10 min — Q&A and practical implementation

Runners, cyclists, lifters, combat athletes, or anyone serious about moving better and recovering smarter.
