Sauna Writing Club: Spring Equinox

Join us for a one-hour candlelit sauna writing session to mark the Spring Equinox, a natural point of transition between seasons. Through guided prompts, we’ll explore what you’re ready to release from winter and what you want to bring forward into spring.


The heat of the sauna helps the body soften and let go, while writing offers a quiet space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with your intentions. No writing experience is needed. 


What to expect:

* Guided writing prompts

* Time in the candlelit sauna

* Optional cold plunge

* A calm, reflective atmosphere


What to bring:

* Notebook + pen

* Water

* Swimwear
